QUESTIONS and ANSWERSWHAT WOULD BE EXPECTED OF ME?The type of individual we seek knows how to motivate others, is aviation- and success oriented, and brings honor and dignity to his business affairs. Many cannot meet these standards. We are not interested in them. If you qualify, and if you are selected, you would also need to -
WHAT HELP WOULD I RECEIVE FROM PLANE-A-BROKOR?If selected, you would become a member of our marketing program, entitled to counsel and assistance in initially setting up and to full backup services thereafter ... You would be furnished with the Handbook for Affiliated Operators, which explains all operating procedures, plus a supply of necessary forms, contracts, etc.... You would participate in frequent regional conference calls instigated by the Home Office Sales Manager, where you and your colleagues could discuss current pertinent matters ... And you would have access to an inventory of more than 2,000 aircraft for sale. But these are only the basics. In short, the Home Office will do all it can to assist you in becoming a successful PAB operator. WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?We don't mean to be coy, but it depends on you. Nothing worth having is easy. if you're accustomed to success which results from hard work and intelligent use of time, the following schedules will be meaningful:
BROKERAGE FEES (Gross fees that PAB receives from seller):
Selling price fee Selling price fee
$ 4,999 or less $500 $ 25,000 to 99,999 7%

COMMISSIONS:
On each sale, the Plane-A-Brokor Home Office receives 15% of the GROSS
brokerage fee (for many services performed), which leaves a NET of 85%.
Commissions for affiliated brokers are computed from this figure. Example:

.06 (Brokerage %)
$6,000 (Gross brokerage fee)
(-)$ 900 (PAB Home Office 15%)
$5,100 (NET BROKERAGE FEE)
You receive 50% of NET brokerage fee for listing a plane that is sold by anyone
in the system, 50% of NET for selling a plane anyone has listed, including yourself.
Therefore, it is possible to earn 100% of NET if you both list and sell an aircraft
a frequent occurrence. Example:

$5,100 (Your commission on $100,000 sale
if you both List and Sell)
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?If selected, your cost will be a one-time fee of $1,800 for a Single Engine affiliate or $9,850 for a Multi-Engine affiliate. The only other charge is a $70 per month maintenance fee. If you are interested, please contact us for an application. |
